Dean Jun Yang was invited to join cna938's Our Town with Susan Ng to discuss Nanyang Business School's transition from a three-year to a four-year undergraduate programme and how business education must evolve in a rapidly changing world shaped by AI, technological disruption and global uncertainty.

While strong business fundamentals remain essential, tomorrow's leaders must also develop tech fluency, sound judgement, interdisciplinary thinking and the adaptability to navigate constant change. The redesigned curriculum creates greater opportunities for experiential learning through longer internships, global exposure and flexible learning, enabling students to translate classroom knowledge into real-world capability and prepare not only for their first job, but for a lifetime of learning, leadership and impact.
